Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item does not match the product description

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@humanmadeestore.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Reason for return

We will respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Items showing signs of wear or washing

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
